Our Story...
Began in New York City where Brooklynn & Patrick met a few years ago. I (Brooklynn) was working in a kitchen as a culinary intern and my husband, Patrick Mayolo, of Italian decent (The Miaolo Family), was finishing up his last year of school. Among the many things we have in common, our mutual enthusiasm for food quickly surfaced. We were constantly inspired by the different cultural cuisines and flavors the city had to offer. So inspired, in fact, that when we moved back to Arizona in the summer of 2021, we were determined to bring with us our favorite staple from New York City- Neapolitan pizza.
So we got creative...
thought outside the box, and came up with a unique platform to make our pizzas. We took an old vintage horse trailer and, with a lot of tender love and care, transformed it into a beautiful mobile pizzeria. Our philosophy on pizza is simple: honest, authentic Italian ingredients served with elegance and grace, and our trailer design is a reflection of those principles.
New Owners, Same Passion...
Brooklynn & Patrick's family is growing up and moving on to a new life. But they wanted to leave the family tradition in good hands. So a national search for the prefect new owners began. A simple post on Instagram peaked the interest of Kaila Biggs. The Biggs family has had a long tradition of "Pizza Night" - Make your own pizza! The Biggs family has always wanted to start a pizzeria.
A few phone calls and come to find out The Biggs and Mayolo's are neighbors... right down the street from each other. An agreement was made and the recipes and techniques traded hands.
So the tradition continues with Derek and Kaila Biggs, and Robert and Colleen Biggs as the new owners of this stylish mobile pizzeria.
